We want to provide an update, but first and foremost we are hoping you are all well and healthy. In current times, things can feel unsure and overwhelming. However, we hope that your furbabies are providing you with some smiles and relief.
Please continue to be there for each other and spread messages and actions of love and positivity however you can.
We also want to provide an update on our current operations. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we are pausing our operations until further notice. During this time, the Love & Pawsitivity site will still be live for viewing our items and creating a cart to save for later checkout, but checkout will be blocked at this time. This change went into effect two weeks ago, but we wanted to provide you with some background on why we have made this decision.
Due to the current events with COVID-19, we are seeing decreased capacity for fulfillment, inventory restocking, and disruptions to timelines with our suppliers and partners. After reflecting on this and the dangers of the outbreak, we made the decision to pause our operations for the safety of our partners and their staff.
We did not make this decision lightly, but ultimately we feel it is important that our partners and their staff are safe and healthy. Rather than add stress to an already difficult situation we have decided to pause our operations so that our partners and their staff aren't having to produce and ship products on our behalf and hopefully can practice social distancing with a decreased load.
Over the next few weeks, we will use the time to design more products and find new types of products to add to the shop. When we do go back live we will be sure to alert you and will come back with even more Love & Pawsitivity to go around.
